Return and Refund Policy

How refunds, cancellations, billing support, and course access are handled for Full-Wisdom purchases.

Digistore24 Purchases

Digistore24 is the reseller and order processor for Full-Wisdom products sold through Digistore24 checkout. Billing, receipts, taxes collected at checkout, subscriptions, cancellations, and payment refunds are handled by Digistore24 under the return policy settings shown at checkout and in your Digistore24 receipt.

Full-Wisdom products sold through Digistore24 currently include a 60-day return period. Keep your Digistore24 order information and the email address used at checkout.

ClickBank Purchases

ClickBank is the retailer for Full-Wisdom products sold through ClickBank checkout. Billing, receipts, taxes collected at checkout, subscriptions, cancellations, and payment refunds are handled by ClickBank under the terms shown at checkout and in your ClickBank receipt.

Full-Wisdom products sold through ClickBank currently include a 30-day return period. Keep your ClickBank receipt number and the email address used at checkout.

Course and Community Access

Full-Wisdom handles product delivery and access support. If you purchased a course and have not received access, contact us with your order information, purchase email, and the course name.

If your subscription or membership is cancelled, access to courses delivered inside the community may end according to the access terms shown on the offer and checkout. If a refund is issued, active course, membership, and related community access may be removed.

How to Request Help

For product access support, email support@full-wisdom.com. For Digistore24 purchases, use the order support options provided by Digistore24 in your receipt. For ClickBank billing or order support, use the ClickBank order support page at clkbank.com.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, contact the checkout provider shown on your receipt or Full-Wisdom support first so the issue can be reviewed. Chargebacks may interrupt course access while the order status is being resolved.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including rights that may apply to faulty, inaccessible, or mis-described digital content.
